DW Design Series 4-piece Shell Pack - Clear Acrylic

Tonally round, remarkably resonant, and exceptionally powerful in attack, DW’s Design Series Acrylic shell pack delivers massive sonic presence with a crystal-clear visual appeal. Clearly the top choice on every drummer's wish list, these are the first acrylics to receive the DW moniker. The 5mm thick transparent extruded, seamless shells are outfitted with professional features such as STM (Suspension Tom Mounts), True-Pitch Tuning, MAG Throw-Off, F.A.S.T. (Fundamentally Accurate-Sized Toms), and DW Heads by Remo. Perfect for rock, heavy metal, and other hard-hitting genres, this shell pack also performs beautifully in pop, funk, and a wide range of musical styles.

DW’s expertly engineered hardware ensures the kit’s natural tonality shines through. True-Pitch tension rods and turret lugs offer slip-free tuning and precise intonation, while graduated triple-flanged hoops provide weight relief and accommodate a wide tuning range. Rubber grommets throughout the kit reduce unwanted noise for clean, rattle-free playability. The kit includes a two-piece bass drum pillow set (DSCPBDP2W), with snare drum, hardware, and cymbals sold separately, making it stage-ready for advancing and professional drummers alike.
